Job summary
A growing financial services firm is seeking a Client Services Manager in Hertford. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of ISA, investment, and pension processes. Responsibilities include client communication, preparing documentation, and maintaining client files. - Preparing recommendation documentation and valuation reports
- Maintaining accurate and compliant client files
- Processing new business, fund switches and withdrawals
- Submitting and tracking Letters of Authority and liaising with providers
- Managing adviser workflows and supporting operational tasks
You will bring at least two years' experience in an IFA or financial services environment, with a strong understanding of ISA, investment and pension processes. Confidence using CRM and back-office systems is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail will help you thrive in this role.
