Job Title : Client Service Manager

Location : Bath

Salary : £55,000 – £60,000

This is a newly created Client Service Manager position within a growing and evolving Wealth Management business. Following recent growth and integration across multiple offices, the firm has identified the need to strengthen leadership within the client service function and provide dedicated support to the Head of Client Service.

This role will play a critical part in leading the Senior Admin team, ensuring the client journey is delivered seamlessly, consistently, and with a strong focus on long‑term client retention. It is a hands‑on leadership role, suited to someone experienced, proactive, and confident working closely with advisers and senior stakeholders.

The Role
  • Lead and support the Client Relationship / Senior Admin teams
  • Act as a key support to the Head of Client Service, helping embed structure, consistency, and best practice
  • Drive a client‑centric mindset, ensuring client experience and retention are prioritised
  • Support and motivate teams through change, bringing enthusiasm and clarity
  • Build strong relationships with advisers, paraplanners, and senior leaders
  • Coach and develop experienced team leaders and senior staff
  • Oversee performance, service standards, and operational delivery across locations
  • Help coordinate and improve the end‑to‑end client journey, from first contact through ongoing service
  • Get involved operationally where required, leading by example
The Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a Client Service Manager or similar leadership role within Financial Services
  • Strong people management experience, including coaching and developing experienced staff
  • Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and advisers
  • Hands‑on, proactive approach with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable leading teams through change in a positive and motivational way
  • Transparent, resilient, and trusted leadership style
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Based in or close to Bath, with flexibility to travel to other offices when required
