- Support Heads of Year with student wellbeing.

APPOINTMENT of Assistant Pastoral Support Manager (APSM) 37 hours per week, term time only plus inset days (39 weeks) Salary WSCC Grade 6, Pt 9 (£27,254 FTE, Actual £23,401)
- Supporting our Heads of Year with student wellbeing and behaviour
- Supporting our KS3 and KS4 Pastoral Support Manager with safeguarding and wellbeing concerns
- Helping to run our restorative and inclusion rooms
- As part of the pastoral team responsible for the welfare of our pupils, you will liaise with tutors, teachers, parents and support agencies
- Experience of working with young people, restorative justice and safeguarding procedures would be an advantage.
