• Proven experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or senior leader.
• Strong working knowledge of Ofsted and/or CQC regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to manage complex needs and challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance with CQC and Ofsted.
• Develop and support a skilled multidisciplinary staff team.
