A leading workforce solutions provider is seeking a reliable Permanent Driver in Castleford. The position pays £30,000 per annum, working Monday to Friday from 7am to 4:30pm. The ideal candidate will have a valid UK Category C1 driving license, CPC, and Digi card, and will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries across regional routes while maintaining high customer service standards. We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Driver to join our clients team based in Castleford. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and safe deliveries to their customers, while representing our company to a high standard.

The rate of pay is £30,000 per annum.
This is a full‑time role working Monday‑Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 7am to 4 : 30pm
As a Multidrop Van Driver you will be responsible for making timely deliveries, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring the safety and condition of the vehicle. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving a vehicle to deliver goods across regional routes
- Loading and unloading goods safely
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and in full
- Completing delivery paperwork and using handheld scanners
- Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Maintaining compliance with health & safety and driving regulations
- Providing excellent customer service on delivery
Our perfect worker will have the following skills:
- Valid UK Category C1 (driving licence)
- Driver CPC qualification and Digi Tacho card
- No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN convictions)
- Physically fit - some manual handling will be required
- Good communication and time management skills
- Previous driving experience essential
- Knowledge of the local area
