Barista

13.50 per hour

We’re looking for our barista team to help cover full service hours 8am and 4pm — so whether you’re looking for part-time, full-time, or flexible shifts, we’d love to hear from you!

Free bus service for staff on the 21 or 460

We’re on the lookout for Baristas with great energy, top-notch customer service skills, and a real passion for coffee! If you love working in a fast-paced environment and know how to make a flat white just right, we want to hear from you.

As part of our contract catering team, you’ll serve up more than just great coffee — you’ll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks in.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Making consistently high-quality coffees and hot drinks to order
• Delivering friendly, professional service with a smile
• Supporting with light food prep, restocking, and keeping the café area tidy
• Chatting with customers and making their day just that little bit better
• Following health, safety, and food hygiene standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous barista or café experience (ideal, but we’ll train the right person!)
• A love for great coffee and great customer service
• Confident, reliable, and happy working as part of a busy team
• A calm, can-do attitude, even when the queue’s out the door
• Flexibility to work across shifts, including early mornings or lunchtime rushes
