Responsibilities
Acting as the point of contact for specified clients, including introducing the company to new pharma companies and enlisting as a vendor
Taking full responsibility for and managing the day-to-day delivery of all projects allied with assigned clients
Ensuring effective communication of project briefs to the internal team and coordinating efficiently with appropriate members
Ensuring all projects are on brief when delivered and ensuring timely delivery
Continually updating clients on project progress and managing all financial aspects of project delivery
Collaborating with the Account Director in developing client relationships and being responsible for the approval process and quality control
Understanding various client brand and disease areas, supporting relationships with key opinion leaders
Supporting and maintaining working relationships with all clients, including some senior level contacts, as appropriate
Introduction to NHS relevant departments
