National Account Executive - Consumer Healthcare

Job Description

The National Account Executive - Consumer Healthcare will be responsible for the following:

  • Support the NAMs on major retail partners such as Top 4 Grocery, Boots and Superdrug
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of smaller key accounts to achieve commercial targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor account performance and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during account management.
The Successful Applicant

The National Account Executive - Consumer Healthcare will come with the following skills and experiences.

  • Experience in sales or account management role within the FMCG/Consumer Goods industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • A proven ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in analysing sales data and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with the dynamics of the FMCG market.
  • A self-motivated and organised approach to managing multiple accounts.
  • Excellent IT / Excel skills.
  • Able to commute to the Surrey office 3 days per week - Tuesday to Thursday
  • Able to work efficiently from home 3 days per week with a good home office set up.
What\'s on Offer

£40,000 to £45,000 per annum basic, plus annual company bonus and benefits.
