Job summary
A vehicle service recruitment agency is looking for a motivated Service Advisor in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will be responsible for booking services, managing workshop efficiency, and upselling services. Previous experience as a Service Advisor at a dealership and knowledge of DMS systems are essential. A full UK driving license is required. This role offers a basic salary of up to £32,000 with OTE of £38,000.
Qualifications
- Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealer.
- Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems or similar DMS System is required.
- Experience in upselling is necessary.
- A full manual UK Driving License is required.
Responsibilities
- Arrange Service Department bookings.
- Ensure efficient workshop loading while meeting customer requirements.
- Upsell works and promote special offers/Service Plans.
Skills
Basic Salary: Up to £32,000
OTE: Up to £38,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, alternate Saturday's
Location: Newcastle
