Are you a commercially astute professional with a passion for high-quality fit-out and refurbishment schemes? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading contractor on a prestigious hotel framework, delivering fast-paced, high-spec projects across the UK.

You'll be the linchpin of commercial performance, supporting multiple projects across a long-term hotel refurbishment programme. Working alongside experienced project teams, you will:

• Oversee cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
• Manage subcontractor packages from tender to final account
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring profitability
• Support client reporting and internal forecasting
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams to meet programme and quality goals

• Strong background in fit-out, refurbishment, or interiors - ideally in hospitality or leisure sectors
• Excellent knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with precision and professionalism
• A proactive mindset and confident communicator with both clients and subcontractors
• Experience in managing packages up to £5m preferred

• £60,000 salary
