A leading provider of waterproofing solutions is seeking an experiencedRegional Technical Managerto cover the North London area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company undergoing exciting growth, offering innovative products primarily within the flat roofing sector.

This is apermanent positionoffering a base salary of approximately£50,000, pluscommissionandcompany vehicle.

You Must live in one of these areas to be considered -

    London - North of Thames

Hertfordshire

Buckinghamshire

Bedfordshire

Cambridgeshire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive specification sales of waterproofing products across North London.
  • Build and manage a network of contractor clients.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support and advice.
  • Conduct detailed roof surveys and generate professional reports.
  • Prepare project specifications in line with industry guidelines (e.g. NBS).
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the company's CRM and quality management systems.
  • Monitor market trends and share insights with the business.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its strong industry reputation.
  • Full clean UK driving licence.
  • Proven sales experience within the construction sector - ideally with flat roofing or waterproofing solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the North London region.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • DBS certification (or willingness to obtain one).
