A leading automotive dealership in Sheffield is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Host to deliver outstanding client experiences. You will be the first point of contact, greeting clients, directing them to the appropriate departments, and handling incoming calls. A passion for service and the ability to communicate warmly and clearly are essential. The position offers a flexible schedule with 25 hours per week and an industry-leading benefits package.

About the role

Join our exceptional team at Sytner Land Rover Sheffield as a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist/Host.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in delivering a warm welcome and setting the tone for an outstanding client experience. We're looking for someone who is passionate about the Land Rover brand and committed to providing the highest level of customer care.

In this front-of-house role, you will greet every client who enters our showroom, ensuring they are directed efficiently to the appropriate department while offering refreshments and assistance. You'll also handle incoming telephone calls, connecting them promptly and professionally to the correct team member.

The hours of work are 25 per week between 8.00am and 6.00pm:

  • Monday & Friday - 1.00pm - 6.00pm
  • Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday - 8.00am - 1.00pm

About You

You'll be the voice and face of our dealership the first impression for every client and guest. That means having a confident, cheerful manner and the ability to communicate clearly and warmly, both in person and over the phone.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a natural flair for customer service and enjoys creating memorable experiences
  • Is proactive, organised, and confident in using their initiative
  • Thrives on attention to detail and takes pride in delivering a tailored, personal service
  • Can anticipate client needs and ensure every visit or call is handled with care and professionalism
