We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Main Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Exeter area. Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

Duties

• Providing a pro-active service to customers.
• Scheduling in their vehicles in for a service, maintenance or repair work.
• Arranging where necessary a courtesy vehicle.
• Take ownership of customer queries and resolve any issues.
• Invoicing work done and taking payments.
• Working towards company targets and KPI's.

For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £30,000 with OTE of circa £36,000.

Requirements

• A working experience within a Service Advisor role but that is not essential as full training will be provided
• The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
• Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
• Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software
