Overview

We\'re looking for friendly, approachable people to join our Service team, giving customers a great experience at the checkouts, self-serve tills, and kiosks. You\'ll help customers with their shop, process transactions smoothly, and offer great service with a smile — making sure they leave feeling looked after and welcome. You\'ll also be trained to support other parts of the store, like our Market Street or Replenishment teams, so this is a great role for a team player who is ready to help wherever you\'re needed.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers at checkouts, self-serve tills and kiosks, ensuring smooth transactions and a positive shopping experience.
  • Provide support across other store areas as needed (e.g., Market Street or Replenishment teams).
  • Help customers with questions and resolve their queries to leave customers feeling looked after and welcome.
