New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for a Stocking Relationship Manager.

- Deliver targeted stocking business objectives including volume, margin, fees and portfolio quality.
- Develop new stocking opportunities and manage existing dealer/manufacturer relationships nationally.
- Promote utilisation of stocking facilities and support conversion of wholesale stocking into retail finance.
- Implement innovative sales strategies and work closely with dealers, manufacturers and vendors.
- Provide training to partners on stocking processes and systems.
- Attend industry trade shows and national events.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes, ensuring a best-in-class customer service experience.
- Ensure adherence to FCA, AML and Data Protection regulations.
- Support the wider stocking sales team, offering guidance and operational insight.
- Deliver excellent customer communication via phone, email and written proposals.
- Support testing of new system developments and enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of the Agricultural and TIC sectors; stocking product experience desirable.
- Significant sales and relationship management experience within relevant markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong customer empathy, commercial awareness and ability to influence decisions.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage workload autonomously.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; able to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong team orientation, integrity and commitment to Treating Customers Fairly.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
