K3576 – Stocking Relationship Manager – UK, Flexible Location (Remote) – Asset Finance

New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for a Stocking Relationship Manager.

Excellent salary, bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Flexible Location (Remote).

Key Accountabilities
  • Deliver targeted stocking business objectives including volume, margin, fees and portfolio quality.
  • Develop new stocking opportunities and manage existing dealer/manufacturer relationships nationally.
  • Promote utilisation of stocking facilities and support conversion of wholesale stocking into retail finance.
  • Implement innovative sales strategies and work closely with dealers, manufacturers and vendors.
  • Provide training to partners on stocking processes and systems.
  • Attend industry trade shows and national events.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes, ensuring a best-in-class customer service experience.
  • Ensure adherence to FCA, AML and Data Protection regulations.
  • Support the wider stocking sales team, offering guidance and operational insight.
  • Deliver excellent customer communication via phone, email and written proposals.
  • Support testing of new system developments and enhancements.
Person Specification
  • Strong knowledge of the Agricultural and TIC sectors; stocking product experience desirable.
  • Significant sales and relationship management experience within relevant markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer empathy, commercial awareness and ability to influence decisions.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage workload autonomously.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong team orientation, integrity and commitment to Treating Customers Fairly.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
