With experience in leadership and management within the care sector, you should have demonstrated the ability to improve services in line with Care Quality Commission standards, showing a clear understanding of what ‘outstanding’ care looks like. We believe that care managers often don’t get the chance to manage because they are delivering care. Qualifications
