Overview

Fantastic opportunity to join this high-profile Scandinavian textile company who are looking for somebody with experience of working in Sales Support or Sales Admin within the interiors/A&D sector. Known for producing contemporary high quality design textiles for architecture, design and furniture, often collaborating with top designers and architects worldwide.

Their beautiful London showroom serves as a hub for architects, designers and clients to view their extensive range of textiles and design solutions as well as being a venue for design industry events.

Responsibilities
  • To provide internal support for Sales Representatives & Key Account Managers and provide excellent customer service to clients contacting the office.
  • Place and respond to sample requests, assist with stock checks and technical queries
  • Problem-solve and collaborate with the internal team to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Answer specific client queries about the performance and limitation of the product ranges, distribute appropriate technical data on request
  • Work with specifiers to maximize specifications and look for cross-sell possibilities with all project opportunities
  • Communicate project information to the sales and Project management team
  • Take responsibility for management of internal and external documents
  • Take site visits and meetings as required, including assisting with client presentations
Required Skills and Experience
  • Industry experience in a similar role is essential – ideally in textiles
  • Proven ability to take projects from start to finish
  • Excellent time management skills, natural attention to detail and the ability to work on initiative
  • Professional communication skills to include fluent English – written and spoken
  • Excellent keyboarding skills/data entry skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
