A leading FMCG distributor in the UK seeks a National Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team of Brand Activation Managers. This role involves managing daily operations, coaching the team, and ensuring excellent client engagement to drive team performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in mentoring field teams, relationship management, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. A competitive salary up to £50,000 plus commission, car allowance, and additional benefits are offered.
