• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction sector.
• Experience working with main contractors delivering civils, M&E, and railway infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Pre-contract support including budget forecasting and contracting strategy.
• Post-contract commercial management and risk reduction workshops.
• Cost reporting and commercial forecasting including cash flow and third-party funding.
