  • Collaborate with internal service lines to develop comprehensive, cross-functional solutions to the most important challenges faced by clients.

Client Advisory & Delivery

  • Provide advice and project support to client stakeholders on strategic risk and compliance matters.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on financial services regulations to help clients address their challenges, e.g., in relation to financial crime, consumer duty, conduct, senior managers regime, AI governance, operational resilience and digital assets.
  • Support with the design and implementation of regulatory compliance target operating models at our clients, across first and second lines of defence.
  • Evaluate clients' compliance frameworks in the context of broader regulatory, commercial, and financial objectives.
  • Support the innovation and definition of data and technology-driven solutions to enhance compliance programs, leveraging AI and analytics where applicable.

Supporting Leadership & Team Development

  • Assist in overseeing the successful delivery of client engagements.
  • Take responsibility for specific client deliverables, ensuring comprehensive, end-to-end ownership.
  • Support with mentoring and training colleagues within the firm, sharing expertise and fostering professional growth within the team.
