As a member of the P2P Team within Finance, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of both the operational and strategic objectives of the department. This role is within the Reporting, Compliance and Projects team reporting to the Senior Finance Analyst in Projects and working alongside 2 Financial Analysts and 5 Assistant Financial Analysts.

• Support the Senior Finance Analyst in a process review and associated investigation of transactions in the Expenses (T&E) and Accounts Payable processes
• Carry out any related analysis stemming from the above review and investigation
• Understand and adhere to the company policies on Compliance and Alignment and Balance Sheets
• Input into reporting and journal preparation in line with the above
• Support in the design and delivery of final process, sharing knowledge with offshore partner to ensure effective transition into BAU
• Participating in ad hoc activities as directed in line with business requirements

• A strong background in Accounts Payable and/or T&E
• An understanding of general accounting entries (double‑entry bookkeeping)
• Ability to identify anomalies and provide root cause analysis
• Ability to manage large volumes of data
• Knowledge of SAP/Excel
