A distribution organisation based in Avonmouth is recruiting a Finance Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis for a temporary assignment. The role involves processing invoices, bank reconciliations, and dealing with customer queries. Previous finance department experience and proficiency in Excel are essential, with Sage experience preferred.

A distribution organisation based in Avonmouth is currently recruiting a Finance Assistant to join their team on a 2 day a week basis for a 3-6 month period.

To work with the business whilst they undergo a systems change, this is a great role for someone specifically looking for a reduced hours role happy to commit to a temporary assignment.

Duties will include:

  • Cash allocation
  • Petty cash
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • General administrative tasks
