Are you analytically minded and eager to start a career in finance? Do you enjoy working with numbers, solving problems, and improving how things are done? If so, this is an ideal opportunity to build your professional career while studying towards an ACCA qualification.

We are SRSL – a private, family‑owned company with a diverse portfolio spanning hotels, rural estates, farming, and property. Our central Finance team supports all parts of the business, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and insight across everything we do.

We are now looking for a Group Finance Assistant to join our London‑based Finance team. This is a graduate‑level role designed to provide hands‑on experience across accounting, treasury, and reporting, alongside fully supported ACCA study.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process bank payments accurately and on time
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with treasury management activities
  • Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register, ensuring all assets are recorded and tracked correctly
  • Support with capital expenditure reporting – maintaining records of spend, forecasts, and valuations
  • Contribute to month‑end and year‑end reporting processes
  • Help identify and deliver process and technology improvements
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and support to the wider Finance team
Who You Are
  • Hold (or are soon to complete) a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Maths, or a related subject
  • Interested in pursuing an ACCA qualification and a long‑term career in finance
  • Strong with numbers, detail‑focused, and confident using Excel
  • Curious about how technology improves financial reporting and efficiency
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working both independently and with others
  • Clear communicator with a professional and positive approach
What We Offer
  • Fully supported ACCA study package, including study leave and exam support
  • Structured professional development within a supportive finance team
  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • Hybrid working model – minimum three days in the office in Soho
  • Opportunity to gain exposure to multiple industries: hospitality, agriculture, and property
  • A workplace culture built around our values:

Purposeful: Do it properly, be ambitious, and be positive

Excellence: Do and be your very best, be trustworthy, and be energetic

Able: Be confident to act, be smart, and be bold

Knowledgeable: Seek to learn and to share, be curious, and be generous
