A prominent service provider seeks a Part Time Facilities Coordinator to manage client services at regional offices in Exeter, Plymouth, and Taunton. The successful candidate will ensure the daily needs of clients are met while working closely with the Workplace Services Team. This Part Time Facilities Coordinator (Regional Client Support Host) looks after the client services at a small cluster of regional offices in Exeter, Plymouth and Taunton. Travel costs are included.
They will be the go-to person for looking after the day to day needs of our clients in their offices, delivering an exceptional and engaging working environment. You will work directly with the Workplaces Services Team who oversee many aspects of facilities management.
Shifts: 24 hours per week, 3 days per week, shifts between 8am-5pm
Salary: 17962 per annum
Previous experience in a customer service or facilities role essential.
You will be required to attend each site 1‑2 times per week; therefore the successful candidate must be comfortable with regular travel and have impeccable time‑management skills. You will be proactive with a can‑do attitude and the ability to prioritise your workload.
Travel costs are covered for this role.
