We are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract for an established business based in Welwyn Garden City. The role starts in early January and is 100% office based, Monday to Friday 9:00 am–5:30 pm.

As part of a team, this is a varied and busy role delivering excellent customer service to both clients and suppliers.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Take requests from clients and action changes with both clients and suppliers
  • Handle incoming communication from clients and suppliers by email and telephone
  • Action changes liaising with both clients and suppliers
  • Set up an efficient process of services so that deadlines are not missed
  • Action refunds or issues promptly
  • Assist with the production of reports, documentation and statistics for suppliers
  • Perform other ad‑hoc administration duties
Person Specification
  • Excellent administration and customer service skills
  • Highly numeric with strong attention to detail
  • Strong IT proficiency and good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Highly organised and proactive problem solver
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a busy team
