Job summary

A healthcare services provider in Reading is seeking an administratively skilled candidate for a full-time role. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, conducting a variety of administrative tasks to ensure seamless care. The role requires effective communication and the ability to drive between Reading and Chesham. Prior experience in healthcare is preferred but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. This position offers a competitive salary and a supportive work environment.

💰 Salary : £26,976.16

Join our team as the first point of contact for our clients, where you'll handle a variety of administrative tasks including phone consultations, data processing, and reception duties to ensure seamless client care. You'll have the opportunity to interact with clients both in person and over the phone, providing essential support and guidance throughout their journey.

In addition to working in a friendly and supportive environment alongside clinical and non-clinical colleagues, you’ll play a key role in helping clients make informed reproductive choices. Prior experience in healthcare is desirable, though not essential, as we offer comprehensive training in our Oxford Regional Treatment Centre to get you fully up to speed.
