A family-run business in the swimming sector is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of their facilities. The role involves conducting health and safety checks, managing repairs, and providing excellent customer service to create enjoyable experiences. With a salary range of £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience, the position offers flexibility in working hours and benefits including free swimming, discounts, and training opportunities.

Our client is a family‑run business and was established in 1975. They are well known in the area for their swimming lessons and, over the years, have added to what we offer to the local area. The company has two sites, which are within 10 minutes of each other. The team prides itself on never having to close the pools unless absolutely necessary or told to do so for unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions.
In this role, you will play a vital role in the facility’s well‑being. You will make sure all equipment is working fully and safely, and make sure that the team and customers have an enjoyable experience every time they come to one of our facilities.
Please note that this role will cover both sites.
Hours and days can be made flexible to suit the employee's needs and the demands of the business.
