A luxury design firm seeks a Showroom Coordinator to support creative executives in a vibrant studio in Greater London. This role involves managing diaries, organising meetings, and providing administrative support, all while maintaining a warm and professional front-of-house presence. Candidates should possess 3-4 years of experience in creative environments, outstanding written communication skills, and a positive can-do attitude. This is an exciting opportunity to thrive in a bustling and beautifully designed workspace.
This is an opportunity to work alongside a luxury international interior designer. It's a rare opportunity to join a renowned creative studio at the heart of a globally recognised design brand.
We are seeking a Showroom Coordinator to support the smooth running of a busy, thriving studio. Providing support for two creative executives, you’ll become an indispensable part of an inspiring and fast-paced creative environment.
This is a varied, central position with excellent scope to grow and develop. You’ll provide day‑to‑day support to senior leadership while managing diaries, organising meetings, and overseeing appointments. Your role will span studio‑wide administration, correspondence, document preparation, and maintaining a polished, welcoming front‑of‑house presence for all visitors. You’ll communicate confidently with UHNW and international clients, plan responses, draft key documents, and attend weekly progress meetings to gather updates from designers.
You’ll be someone who brings positivity, polish, and a proactive, can‑do spirit to everything you do. You’ll be confident navigating a dynamic environment, with around three to four years’ experience in a creative or design‑led setting, whether as a Showroom Coordinator, Studio Manager, PA, or in a similar role.
Exceptional written communication and impeccable grammar are essential, as is a warm, well‑presented, and professional manner. You’ll have a genuine interest in the world of interiors without seeking a pathway into design itself, and you’ll thrive as a friendly, willing team player who’s always ready to muck in and support wherever needed.
This is a standout role for someone who thrives in beautifully designed spaces and enjoys being part of a creative team. If you’re organised, energetic, and ready to be at the centre of a world‑class studio, we’d love to hear from you.
