We’re Hiring – Project Coordinator (Immediate Start Required!)

A leading energy solutions business is looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to support the deployment of Technicians and Engineers across multiple offshore energy projects. This role is critical to ensuring safe, compliant and efficient project delivery.

Location: Chester, UK

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Start Date: Immediate

What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinate and deploy project personnel across multiple live projects
  • Maintain certification, compliance and personnel records
  • Manage travel, accommodation and logistical arrangements
  • Track timesheets, expenses and key project documentation
  • Support onboarding and keep all personnel fully site-ready
  • Liaise closely with project teams, finance, and QHSE functions
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong admin/coordination experience in a technical or engineering environment
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • Experience with personnel/certification systems – desirable
  • Energy/offshore sector exposure – beneficial
