A leading housing developer in the UK seeks an Innovation Project Manager to lead groundbreaking projects across multiple sites. This role involves planning and overseeing innovation trials while ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a background in timber-frame manufacturing. You'll work closely with teams and engage in strategic problem solving while contributing to sustainable practices within the industry.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Innovation Project Manager within the Innovation at Vistry Services based in our Coalville office, covering numerous sites across the Group and working closely with Vistry Works. As our Innovation Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running of groundbreaking innovation projects on numerous sites, with an emphasis being placed on the planning and programming of works and high-level issues that do not fall within the day‑day running of the sites. You will help ensure the innovation trials and pilot schemes run smoothly from set‑up to completion, assist in scheduling labour and materials and ensure these are apportioned to the appropriate sites correctly. You will be responsible for ensuring programming is undertaken in a way that minimises any delays/disruptions and allows operations to run efficiently.
