Senior Project Manager – Systems Integration – Electrical / Controls – Cheshire

Salary: £65‑70k plus £6k car allowance and bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects for a systems integrator within automation, electrical engineering and controls.
  • Work under contracts such as NEC or bespoke contracts (essential requirement).
  • Understand, review and communicate stakeholder requirements.
  • Establish resource needs for each project stage and engage with engineering teams to schedule and assign tasks.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Monitor and control stage payments & costs to stay within contract obligations & budget limits.
  • Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
  • Follow up the project during installation and commissioning stages.
  • Spend approximately 25% of the time on customer sites.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of delivering automation & controls projects on the supplier side.
  • Technical background within automation, electrical or controls.
  • Bespoke project management qualification recognised – preferred.
