A leading healthcare organization in Greater London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality capital projects. This role involves managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines while improving the patient environment. The post holder will be a key member of the Project Team and will have an important role in ensuring delivery of a high quality capital project. Be professionally accountable for estates project construction and implementation of delegated Schemes within the Trust’s Investment Programme to improve the environment for patients and staff.
The post holder is the lead specialist responsible for long term planning, preparing and managing the Estates capital project under the Our Capital Project Programme at various stages from writing, briefing to completion of the Business Case process. To ensure that they are completed in an efficient and effective manner, within programme timeframes and to provide the highest possible standards of Business Case delivery within the resources allocated, ensuring statutory compliance.
The post holder is responsible for the management of capital projects from inception to completion ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within budget, to the required quality and which improve the patient’s environment, including the project planning to deliver Business Case requirements and deliverables within overall programme timeframes. Compliance to programme governance and processes to ensure delivery within these parameters.
