We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Creative Operations team within Tesco’s in-house Creative Studio on a 6‑month contract. This role is all about driving transformational change in how we create and deliver content across the business.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping new ways of working – managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and embedding processes that enable efficiency and consistency. If you’re organised, proactive, and love making things happen, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Creative Studio Leads: Collaborate with team leads to co‑ordinate handover and transition from the external agency.
  • Define and embed workflows: Help set up processes that support efficiency and consistency for future projects.
  • Track progress and report: Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Problem‑solving: Identify potential risks and find practical solutions to keep things on track.
