Responsibilities
  • Supporting senior project managers and leading on defined elements of project delivery
  • Understanding and delivering against client briefs
  • Chairing project and design meetings, and issuing minutes
  • Preparing and maintaining project programmes and documentation
  • Coordinating project information between client, contractor, and consultant teams
  • Liaising with clients and managing project deliverables
  • Assisting with tender processes, bids, and key project documentation
  • Providing progress updates to clients and internal management
  • Supporting lessons‑learnt reviews and wider team activities
  • Maintaining a professional, proactive, and solutions‑focused approach
Qualifications
  • A relevant industry degree or working towards one
  • 1‑2 years' experience in a construction or contractor environment
  • Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts (desirable)
  • Experience with developers or main contractors (desirable)
