A leading property and construction consultancy in the UK is seeking a Project Manager / Cost Manager with experience in Food & Beverage fit-outs. This role involves managing client projects, ensuring compliance with approval processes, and proficiency in cost estimation software. The ideal candidate will have a strong QS background and a relevant degree. This position offers a salary between £65,000 and £75,000, with flexible working options.

A well-established UK based property & construction consultancy with new build and refurbishment experience across many diverse sectors but with a particular strength in fast track fit-outs across the leisure and hospitality industry, are looking for a Cost / Project Manager with Food & Beveridge fit-out experience.
Client facing you will have detailed understanding of statutory authorities, processes, and time frames for approvals. You will also have a strong QS background with a degree in Commercial Management or Construction Project Management or a related field.
You will have proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g. Bluebeam, CostX, or similar) and be familiar with industry standards and practices and experienced with pre-contract high level cost planning through BQ production together with post-contract commercial activities. Experience with measurement for BQ production under POMI, CESMM 3 and 4 and NRM is preferred.
Requirements to travel to sites both South and North of England.
