This is a pivotal role and will include supporting the delivery of marketing materials for meetings and events, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects by maintaining a daily dashboard to track the review process for important contracts, such as master service agreements (MSAs) and confidentiality disclosure agreements (CDAs). You will also track and manage supplier diversity initiatives to ensure the company’s compliance with supplier selection policies, supporting our commitment to diverse and ethical sourcing.

You will actively contribute to strategic planning meetings and manage the schedule for client business reviews, helping to align project activities with broader company objectives and client needs.
