As Systems Project Manager , you’ll take ownership of multiple concurrent security installation projects across Central London—ensuring every system is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest technical standard.
You’ll manage projects end-to-end: from initial planning, procurement and resource allocation, through to installation, commissioning, and successful handover.
This key role has been created to support the company’s rapid growth and ease the workload of the senior management team.
Plan and deliver 6+ concurrent projects, typically valued between £190k–£300k.
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle — planning, procurement, delivery, commissioning, and handover.
Oversee site activities and coordinate engineers and subcontractors.
Take full ownership of project financials, budgets, and reporting.
Produce detailed and compliant Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
Act as the key link between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Maintain the company’s reputation for quality, professionalism, and reliability.
Strong technical background in electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, intruder detection, etc.).
Proven experience managing multiple large-scale security projects.
Confidence handling project P&L, budgets, and commercial reporting.
Strong organisational and leadership skills — able to deliver under pressure.
Excellent communicator and collaborator.
Prince2 or similar certification beneficial but not essential.
Comfortable working flexibly across client sites, office, and home.
