Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality engineering drawings using CAD and 3D drafting tools (e.g., Revit/BIM)
- Support the BIM Manager with developing BIM protocols and training documentation
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians
- Visit sites as needed and respond to queries
- Manage time efficiently to meet project targets and KPIs
- Provide technical support to engineers and fellow technicians
- Keep up to date with design tools, software, and industry standards
- Collaborate professionally within the project team, and contribute to technical decisions
What We're Looking For
- HNC or HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Hands-on experience producing CAD and BIM drawings
- Confident use of 3D drafting tools
- Detail-focused, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
