A leading supplier of fresh cut flowers is seeking a Group Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to lead HSE initiatives across their sites in the UK and Europe. This strategic role involves developing safety strategies, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have a NEBOSH Diploma and significant experience in HSE leadership. The Role: Group Health, Safety & Environmental Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to lead our HSE strategy across all MM Flowers sites in the UK and Europe. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, this is a pivotal leadership role that sets the direction for health, safety, and environmental performance across the business. You will be responsible for shaping our Group-wide HSE strategy, ensuring compliance with legislation, and cultivating a proactive safety culture where everyone feels responsible for maintaining safe and sustainable working environments. This role is perfect for a hands‑on, strategic leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment and is passionate about making a measurable impact on safety culture and wellbeing.
