Key Responsibilities
  • Support the compliance team in ensuring company policies and procedures are followed and up to date.
  • Assist with internal audits and the preparation of compliance reports.
  • Maintain and update documentation, ensuring records are accurate and easily accessible.
  • Monitor training records and ensure employees remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather information and ensure consistent compliance practices.
  • Identify potential areas of risk and flag issues to management promptly.
Requirements
  • Highly organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable liaising with people across all levels.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word) and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Previous experience in a compliance, administration or auditing type roles is desirable — attitude and aptitude are key
  • A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability and confidentiality.

Salary: up to £30,000 per year
