A global manufacturing business in England is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to drive a proactive safety culture and compliance across their site. The role involves providing HSEQ management, leading a team, and implementing health and safety strategies aligned with ISO standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a NEBOSH Certificate, with a background in manufacturing preferred.
HSE Recruitment are working with a global manufacturing business in Leamington Spa who are looking for a HSEQ Manager to support the site in improving compliance and culture across the site.
Your purpose is to provide HSEQ management, support and advice across the site, to share and implement best practice across the wider group and work closely with a sister site in the UK. You will build strong working relationships with all departments to embed safety and quality into daily operations and promote and drive a proactive HSEQ culture through visible leadership, communication, and engagement.
You will have 1 direct and 1 indirect report on site and report into a HSEQ Director.
We are looking for a strong leader to develop competence across the site. Someone who has developed and nurtured people before, can navigate complex relationships and build and improve the culture, ensuring high levels of compliance.
Salary is circa 50–55,0000 + package.
