Purpose of the role

To own AMOS governance, ensuring standardisation, compliance, and audit readiness. The role is responsible for defining organisational standards, managing data integrity, and delivering training to maintain operational excellence and regulatory adherence.

Your responsibilities
  • AMOS Governance: Own and manage AMOS governance, ensuring standardisation, compliance, and audit readiness across all processes.
  • Standards Definition: Develop and implement organisational standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Compliance Oversight: Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • Security Management: Lead efforts to ensure robust security measures, including data protection, cybersecurity, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Data Management: Oversee data migration and integration processes, ensuring ongoing accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Training Delivery: Design and deliver training programmes to educate staff on standards, compliance, security protocols, and data management practices.
  • Policy Development: Create and maintain policies related to standards, compliance, security, and data governance.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to embed standards and compliance into all business processes.
  • Data Governance: Develop and manage data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and accessibility.
  • Training Programmes: Develop and execute training initiatives to enhance employee awareness and adherence to standards and compliance requirements.
Your skills, experience and qualifications
  • Proven experience in governance, compliance, or data management roles.
  • Strong understanding of AMOS or similar enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, audit processes, and industry standards.
  • Experience in data migration, integration, and governance.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and risk management practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
