Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Asbestos legislation and management.
• Experience in managing contracts for asbestos removal work.
• Holder of asbestos training certificates P402, P405, or P406.
• Ability to work unsupervised to a high quality.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advice on asbestos to the Council.
• Manage asbestos compliance with Asbestos Regulations 2012.
• Organize and manage asbestos removal works.
• Ensure formal governance and control systems are embedded.
