Job summary
A renowned country inn in the Cotswolds is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to enhance their dynamic kitchen team. The role includes supporting the Head Chef, menu development, and maintaining high culinary standards. Successful candidates will have refined cooking skills and a passion for ingredient-led cuisine. Their kitchen celebrates local produce, sustainability and creativity, and they are now seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their dynamic brigade.
- £35,000 per annum plus £5,000 to £6,000 service charge
- Live-in accommodation available (from £400 per month)
