• Minimum of 1 year as a Sous Chef in a casual or fine dining restaurant.
• Experience in leading a kitchen and ensuring food quality.

WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE :

Someone with a strong experience of cooking Asian cuisine and confident in utilising a wok

Ideally a minimum of 1 year working a Sous chef in a casual or fine dining restaurant

As a senior chef you will be responsible in assisting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and ensuring our food is of the highest quality
