Global Commercial Supply Chain Leader
Job summary
A global leader in animal health is seeking a Commercial Cluster Supply Chain Leader in Hook, England. This role requires overseeing supply chain teams, ensuring accuracy in demand planning and inventory management while collaborating with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Supply Chain Management, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication and analytical skills. The position is full-time with a 1-year contract, offering a comprehensive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Veterinary or Consumer Goods industry.
- Knowledge of Demand and Replenishment processes.
- Ability to influence team members and cross-functional colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for execution of S&OP meetings and aligning stakeholders around demand management.
- Maintains knowledge of end-to-end supply chain components.
- Report on globally-driven KPIs and develop additional metrics as needed.
- Participate in product launch activities ensuring accurate forecasts.
- Develop, train and coach supply chain professionals.
