We are seeking a Business Skills Coach to join our friendly team, delivering high-quality training programs to develop apprentices' knowledge, skills, and behaviors for their Level 3 and 5 Leadership and Management Programmes.

Your responsibilities include completing apprentice learning, assessments, reviews, and completions efficiently, aiming to exceed quality standards. You will support every aspect of the learner journey, from preparing for Gateway to providing professional feedback, ensuring each apprentice achieves their standards and qualifications.

Location: Hybrid working model with remote work and occasional travel to customer sites and our Pearson office in central London. Travel expenses are paid, and candidates should be within easy commute to London.

Core tasks:

1. Develop and deliver personalized learning programs supporting apprentices' knowledge, skills, and behaviors.
2. Contribute to assessment, onboarding, and induction processes.
3. Provide coaching, arrange visits, and support workplace skill development.
4. Assess apprentices, give feedback, and manage e-portfolios.
5. Conduct assessments and monitor progress within set timeframes.
6. Utilize virtual learning environments effectively.
7. Deliver face-to-face and virtual coaching sessions.
8. Track progress, conduct reviews, and ensure regulatory compliance.
9. Maintain accurate records and support program development.
10. Engage in CPD activities and support other qualifications as needed.

Requirements:

• Qualified trainer and assessor with experience in Level 3 and 5 Apprenticeships.
• Industry experience in a senior management role.
• Effective learner and caseload management skills.
• Proficiency in technology for service delivery.
• Demonstrated outstanding or good training/assessment standards.
• Target-driven with a successful track record.
• Excellent feedback and objective-setting skills.
• Delivery experience of Level 5 Coaching Apprenticeships is desirable.
• Experience with Ofsted inspections and ESFA funding is a plus.

Additional: This role requires an enhanced DBS check due to exemption from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
