Job summary
A leading healthcare provider in the UK is looking for a compassionate Team Leader to join their team in Rugeley. In this role, you'll support the home management in delivering exceptional care, lead the person-centred care planning process, and ensure effective communication among staff and residents. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care and at least two years of relevant experience. Qualifications
- Two years’ experience in a senior position with the resident group.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead staff and act responsibly in the absence of the manager.
Responsibilities
- Support home management team in delivering high-quality care.
- Lead person-centred care planning process and undertake evaluations.
- Monitor and adapt care plans based on residents' changing needs.
