A local council in Nottingham is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to join their Spring Meadow Day Service. The role involves leading a team of Care Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring compliance with care standards. Working Hours: 18.5 hours per Week
Worker Type: On-site Worker
Salary: Starting Salary is £36,363 (Level one) rising to £39,152 (Level four) per annum (pro rata for part-time)

In this rewarding role, you will lead and support a team of Care Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and fulfilment. You'll be responsible for coordinating care plans, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with care standards, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for both citizens and colleagues.
